Will I know who is the person handling my process?

Yes, although the team in charge of your process will have backups and could change in the future, we are transparent about who is tracking your freight and will have a POC designated for escalations and feedback.

Do I need to give you access to my TMS?

We can work either through your TMS or by integrating with our proprietary platform.

What is the expected onboarding time?

Around 3 weeks is the expected onboarding time. The first week we gather requirements, the second week we start internal training and integrations, and the third week we put everything together.

How do you guarantee no absenteeism?

We have a team of track and trace specialists that work across all schedules in Colombia, South Africa, and the Philippines and are trained as back-ups in your process. Even if someone calls a day off, we'll be able to cover.
